Eve was born in London England the daughter of actor Trevor Eve and Sharon Maughan. Jack George and Jack George are her two brothers. They were raised throughout the United Kingdom as well as Los Angeles. She went to Bedales School, and took A-Levels in the London's Westminster School. In the following year, she attended the Beverly Hills Playhouse before studying English at St Catherine's College Oxford. While at Oxford she was a student in the productions like An Ideal Husband Animal Crackers (which went on tour for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival) Scenes from an Execution as well as The Colour of Justice. Her parents are Indo-British with British heritage Anthony Mitra and an Irish mother Nora Downey. It is an English actress, who's aged middle, has two brothers: Jason Mitra (older brother) and Guyan Mitra (younger brother). Her younger brother is an acclaimed travel journalist whose work has been published on Lonely Planet and The Sunday Times.
