Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 70, 1970) is an acclaimed American actress. She is most known for her role as Detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter respectively on NBC's drama Providence. Her leading role in the role of Eleni andros Cooper in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light was also praised. Her appearances include 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians, The Lightning Thief and Snitch. According sources, she's working on a project with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides. They created Immortals to adapt Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. She's also filming a new TV show titled Gods & Heroes.
