Dwayne was the founder pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He was ordained in 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director for Pastoral Care for the network. His passion is to train the future generation of Biblical counselors. He is on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written a number of articles online and is a contributor author for Christ-Centered Bible counseling Renew Lives Through God's Inexpensible Truth. Kelleman, Viars).
